Contribution to each community
Contributing to the global community beyond mere infrastructure
operations is one of the most important elements of ecosystem
formation.
We co-create ecosystems by working with the projects we support.

FAQs
What is Staking?
Staking is a system where you are rewarded for holding an
eligible cryptocurrency and participating in the blockchain
network.
Validators, like CROSSTECH, set up the system and server
environment and validate the network, while token holders
(customers who are staking) are called delegators.
What is a Validator?
Validators operate the infrastructure.
It is a special node that has the right to add blocks on the
blockchain by providing validators and infrastructure and
proposing and validating new blocks. They ensure the security
of the blockchain by monitoring its accuracy on the blockchain
and guaranteeing its validity and availability.
Delegators' Reward Structure
Delegators are rewarded for their contributions to
security.
Their token holders are rewarded by delegating the activities
of the validators that ensure the validity of the blockchain.
These token holders are called delegators.
What is a blockchain?
A blockchain is a mechanism allowing a large number of
participants to hold identical data in a distributed manner
that is extremely difficult to tamper with and does not
stop.
Since there is no administrator, the reliability of
transactions is ensured by sharing and managing encrypted data
among the participants in order to prevent transactions and
remittance history from being tampered with.
What is Proof-of-Stake (PoS)?
Proof-of-Stake (PoS) is a consensus algorithm used to
generate new blocks.
In order to maintain a stable decentralized network such as a
blockchain, miners must invest computational power to prevent
malicious third-party intervention. Therefore, they are
rewarded by verifying newly added blocks to ensure their
trustworthiness.
PoS also has the advantage that the probability of success of
mining is determined by the amount of cryptographic assets
held, and less computing power is invested than in a random
calculation, saving power.
What is non-custodial staking?
Non-custodial staking refers to the process of using the
validator's infrastructure by delegating to someone the
ability to provide infrastructure to the blockchain and be
rewarded by the network, without the delegator having to
transfer ownership of the token itself. This applies to all
Proof-of-Stake tokens. The original holder can always delegate
while remaining the owner of the token.
Does CROSSTECH ever have access to delegator tokens?
CROSSTECH's staking service cannot access your tokens at any
point in time.
From a technical point of view, it is impossible.
You have complete control over your tokens at all times.
