KURA Testnet Document Added

We are pleased to announce the addition of our public Testnet documentation to the CROSS Value Chain (CVC) Whitepaper. This will allow developers to develop in a public environment.

The public testnet name is KURA.

We have named the public testnet, KURA. KURA stands for "storing house" in Japanese. It is derived from the concept of our DACS, a distributed storage integrated with CVC, which is a place to safely store valuable items from ancient times.

We will be updating our Whitepaper in preparation for mainnet release and will provide updates as they become available.
