Completion of 85,808,290.80 XCR OTC Buyback by Private Fund Notice

We are pleased to inform you the buyback of XCR by the Hong Kong Private Fund has been successfully completed.

Total OTC Buyback Amount: 85,808,290.80 XCR

Total Buyback Value: 2,229,230.68 USDT

As mentioned in the previous announcement, the XCR bought back by the private fund will have a lock period of one year or more after listing, and will be distributed in 12 equal distributions over another year.

We also reported on the recent additional items having promised more robustness to the XCR ecosystem.

With the buyback of XCR by this private fund, we have decided to proceed with the aim to increase the token price after listing under a strong cooperation system that provides assistance and matching support.

We further established an additional contract to not sell at a price lower than $0.3 after unlocking.

We can expect further strengthening of relationships will work positively on the development of the XCR ecosystem and market price.
