On November 19th, 2020, the exchange of cryptocurrencies by ONE CARD was suspended.
Due to law enforcement concerning digital asset exchanges in Hong Kong, it was determined that a temporary suspension of the exchange of crypto assets was necessary due to ONE CARD partners not meeting transaction conditions.

Although the decision of ONE CARD is very disappointing for CROSS and its users, we will continue to support ONE CARD's business and expand the range of utilization of crypto assets.

Regarding XCR

If you purchased ONECARD with XCR, your XCR will be refunded to your CROSS exchange account if you decide to cancel your card.

If you cancel, you will need to make another XCR deposit the next time you purchase the ONECARD service with the XCR rate being determined at the time of use.

Continuation of Future Partnership between ONECARD and CROSS

ONECARD will be part of an important mechanism for CROSS, which aims to build a decentralized financial platform.
